Betsie D.

Betsie has spent the past eight years building her career in veterinary medicine, starting as a Client Ambassador before moving into leadership and working as a Veterinary Assistant. Along the way, she gained experience in pet insurance while continuing her clinical work and spent five years in emergency medicine, where she developed a passion for urgent and emergent care. She especially enjoys supporting pet parents through the decision-making process and helping them better understand their pet’s medical needs.

Betsie holds a degree in Business Management and is Fear Free Certified, as well as LCA and Feline CPR & First Aid certified. She is dedicated to providing compassionate care and creating positive experiences for both pets and their families.

Outside of work, Betsie enjoys exploring new places and traveling. At home, she shares her life with two cats – The Great Catsby and Callie.
