With four years of experience as a Client Ambassador, Heather has honed her multi-tasking skills while building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and patients. Before joining Long Lake Animal Hospital, she spent ten years in customer service, where she developed her passion for helping people. She loves being able to advocate for clients and ensure their pets receive the best possible care.

Outside of the clinic, Heather enjoys spending time with her 11-year-old daughter, Gabby, having fun at CJ Barrymore’s or out on the lake fishing.
